Acceptance of Terms and Effect of Registration
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm2000 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with any related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm2000 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law are not permitted to register for or use any rm2000 services.
Rm2000 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, entirely at the platform's discretion.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.
- Identity verification may be required before your first deposit or withdrawal is processed.
- Registering with false information or using another person’s identity is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their account password is kept secure.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- All activity that occurs under your account is solely your responsibility.
- Please report immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Rm2000 users are required to use this platform in a responsible, ethical manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in or attempting any form of fraud, falsification of information, or circumvention of security systems.
- Using your rm2000 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening other users or customer support staff through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with rm2000's technical infrastructure.
Rm2000 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against users who violate any of the above rules, including reporting them to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
Payment Policy, MYR Transactions and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the rm2000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and does not involve any third party without the platform's knowledge.
Deposits can be made via local Malaysian online banking methods such as FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary depending on active promotions. rm2000 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed only after successful identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and typically take between 1 to 5 working days under normal conditions. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts registered in the same name as the rm2000 account.
Rm2000 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liabilities, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property
Rm2000 Liability Limits
The rm2000 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, rm2000 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service interruptions resulting from the use of the platform, except for proven direct negligence by rm2000. Under no circumstances shall rm2000’s total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user within 30 days prior to any claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Rm2000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or unlawful activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the rm2000 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of rm2000 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rm2000.
Third-Party Links
The rm2000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. rm2000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Rm2000 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed, while all other provisions will remain fully in effect.
